Can I see a female doctor?
Yes, on request. Dr. Moon Ji-eun, one of our Representative Directors, is a female physician at the clinic. Her schedule varies, so please ask for her when you book — the earlier you let us know, the easier it is to arrange.
If she is not available on your preferred day, the concierge will tell you honestly and offer alternative times, so the choice remains yours.
Privacy and a modest consultation
Consultations take place privately with a physician. Before any treatment, your physician will explain which areas need to be uncovered and why — for a facial treatment, for example, the hairline or jaw may need to be accessible — so there are no surprises.
Tell us your preferences when you book or at the start of your visit: who is in the room, keeping a headscarf on where the treatment allows, or anything else that would make you more comfortable. We will do what we can and tell you plainly if something is not possible.
Planning around prayer, Ramadan and meals
We are open from 10:00 to 21:00 on weekdays and until 19:00 at weekends, which leaves room to plan appointments around prayer times. Let the concierge know and they will suggest a suitable slot. If you need a quiet space to pray during your visit, ask the concierge when you book and they will help you plan.
During Ramadan, some guests prefer an evening appointment after iftar. If you are fasting, tell your physician — it can matter for some treatments and for how you feel afterwards.
Our concierge is happy to suggest halal dining options in the area — just ask.
Questions about products and ingredients
Some injectable products contain ingredients derived from animal or other biological sources — Rejuran, for instance, is made from purified polynucleotides of fish origin. If the source of an ingredient matters to you, ask your physician before treatment.
They can explain what each product is made from and, where possible, suggest alternatives. Energy-based treatments such as lasers, HIFU and RF involve no injected product at all, which some guests prefer.
