One-Day Korean Skin Treatment in Jongno & Myeongdong One day of Korean skin care, planned well.
A one-day Korean skin treatment at Obliv Seoul Origin in Jongno, central Seoul, sets aside a single day for imaging, a physician consultation and a layered plan — often toning, a skin booster or lifting — with time to rest and an easy evening near Insadong or Cheonggyecheon. Treatment depends on availability and physician assessment.

Shape of the day
The essentials, answered plainly. Your physician confirms what applies to your skin at consultation.

What does a one-day skin plan look like?
It begins slowly. Mark-Vu imaging maps pigment, pores, redness, moisture and lines; your physician then explains what sits in which layer and which treatments reach it. A typical day combines one surface treatment with one deeper one, rather than everything at once.
The aim is a day that leaves your skin clearly better and your evening intact — not a list of procedures for the sake of it.
A sample treatment day
Times are an example only; your physician and the concierge will shape the day around your skin and your plans.
- 10:00 — Check-in, health questionnaire and Mark-Vu imaging
- 10:30 — Physician consultation in English
- 11:00 — Numbing cream if needed; rest in Café Obliv Ansik
- 11:30 — First treatment, e.g. HIFU lifting or toning
- 12:30 — Second treatment if planned, e.g. a skin booster
- 13:30 — Aftercare briefing and lunch nearby
- Afternoon — Insadong galleries and teahouses, indoors and shaded
- Evening — Gentle walk along Cheonggyecheon after the sun is down
Which treatments combine well in a day?
Treatments that work at different depths often sit well together. Toning works near the surface, skin boosters in the dermis, and HIFU or RF in deeper layers. Your physician may also say no to a combination — for example, when a stronger laser and injections on the same area would make recovery harder.
If you have a specific event, such as a wedding or a photoshoot, say so; it changes the order and intensity of the day.
Looking after your skin that evening
Keep it simple: gentle cleansing, the products your physician suggests, and sunscreen if you go out again. Avoid saunas, jjimjilbang, hot baths, intense exercise and heavy drinking for the rest of the day.
Mild redness, swelling or small bumps are common and usually settle within a day or two. If anything worries you, message the concierge on WhatsApp.

One-Day Korean Skin Treatment — asked & answered.
General information only. Your physician will advise on what is right for your skin.
Ask your own questionCan I really do everything in one day?
For low-downtime treatments, usually yes — subject to availability and physician assessment. Resurfacing lasers and multi-session courses need more than one day.
How many treatments can I combine?
Usually two, sometimes three, at different skin layers. Your physician decides what is safe and worthwhile for your skin.
Will I be able to go out to dinner?
Usually, yes. Expect possible mild redness or small bumps; choose somewhere relaxed, and skip heavy drinking that night.
Can I go to a jjimjilbang after treatment?
Not the same day. Heat and steam can worsen redness and swelling; most people wait at least a few days, and your physician will advise for your treatment.
Should I plan my day on a weekday or weekend?
Either works — weekdays run until 21:00, weekends until 19:00. Weekdays give a longer day if you want an unhurried pace.
How close is the clinic to Insadong?
A short walk. The clinic is on Cheonggyecheon-ro in Jongno, between Insadong to the north and Myeongdong to the south.
