What medical information should I share before treatment?
More than most people expect. Many aesthetic treatments are simple, but some medicines and recent procedures change what is safe, how much you might bruise, or how your skin heals. Your physician will ask, and it helps to have the answers ready — ideally in your WhatsApp message before you arrive.
Bring the names of medicines rather than descriptions where you can; brand names differ between countries, so a photo of the packet is often the quickest way.

Can I take a record of my treatment home?
Everything we do is recorded in our Skin Library — the treatment, the area and how your skin responded — so a later visit can build on it rather than start again. That is especially useful for courses that run across several trips.
If you would also like details for your own doctor at home, ask your physician before you leave and the concierge can advise what can be provided. Knowing which product was injected, or which laser was used, makes later care elsewhere safer.
What does follow-up look like once I am home?
Most low-downtime treatments need little more than sensible aftercare: sun protection, gentle cleansing and avoiding heat and strenuous exercise for a short time. Your physician explains this in English before you leave.
For collagen-building treatments, results develop gradually — usually visible from 1–3 months, settling at 3–6 months — so the real review happens at home. You can send questions and photos to the concierge on WhatsApp. Anything that looks like infection, worsening pain, spreading redness or a change in vision after facial injections needs a local doctor promptly, not a message.

Continuing a course over several trips
Some plans work best as a series — pigment treatments, Rejuran or skin boosters, for example — and not every series fits one visit. Your physician can design a plan where the first session happens in Seoul and later sessions line up with return trips.

Not without advice. Tell us what you take and your physician will say whether anything matters for your treatment; never stop a prescribed medicine such as a blood thinner without speaking to the doctor who prescribed it.

Who do I contact if I have a question after I fly home?

Can I start a treatment course in Seoul and continue later?

I am on isotretinoin — can I still have treatment?
Some gentle treatments may be possible, but lasers and resurfacing are usually postponed. Tell us when you book so your physician can advise before you travel.
Is it safe to fly after treatment?
For most low-downtime treatments, yes. Your physician will advise based on what you have, and may suggest a few days between injectables and a long flight so any swelling or bruising settles first.
