How do foreigners book a skin clinic in Seoul?
Most of our overseas guests book on WhatsApp before they land. A short message is enough: what you would like to improve, which days you are in Seoul, and when you fly home. The concierge replies in English and suggests a time that leaves room for any downtime.
You do not need a Korean phone number, a local address or a Korean-speaking friend. If you are already in Seoul, the same WhatsApp thread works from your hotel.

Will language be a problem?
Consultations are held in English, and our international concierge is on hand from your first message to your last question. Your physician explains what they see, what they suggest and the aftercare before anything begins.
If you would feel more comfortable in another language, tell us when you book so we can talk through what is possible. You are also welcome to bring a friend or family member into the consultation.
What happens when you arrive?
The clinic is on the first and second floors of Pagoda Tower on Cheonggyecheon-ro, in Jongno. You check in at reception, complete a short health questionnaire, and then have Mark-Vu imaging, which maps pores, pigment, wrinkles, redness and moisture.
A physician reviews the images with you and explains your skin using our Skin Architecture approach — which layer a concern sits in, and what reaches that depth. If treatment suits you and there is time, it can often follow the same day; if you wait, Café Obliv Ansik is a quiet place to sit.

Practical things to know as a visitor
Seoul sightseeing means a lot of time outdoors, so bring a hat and sunscreen if you are planning laser treatment, and keep the afternoon after a laser for indoor plans. Insadong galleries and teahouses are a gentle walk away.
Every treatment is recorded in our Skin Library, so if you return on a later trip your physician can see exactly what was done. Bring a list of your medicines and anything recently injected or lasered elsewhere — it changes what is safe to do.

Ask your own questionDo I need to speak Korean to visit?
No. Consultations are in English and our international concierge handles booking and questions on WhatsApp, from before you arrive until after you leave.
Can I ask for a female doctor?
Yes — Dr. Moon Ji-eun is one of our Representative Directors. Ask when you book so the concierge can check her availability for your dates.
How do I get to the clinic from Insadong?
It is a short walk south towards Cheonggyecheon Stream; the clinic is in Pagoda Tower on Cheonggyecheon-ro. Jongno 3-ga and Jonggak stations are also about five minutes away.
Is the clinic open at weekends?
Yes — open seven days, 10:00–21:00 on weekdays and 10:00–19:00 on Saturdays and Sundays.
Can I have treatment shortly before my flight home?
Often, if the treatment has little downtime. Tell us your flight time when you book; your physician will advise what fits, and may suggest moving injectables or lasers a few days earlier.
I have a specific need — prayer time, diet, accessibility. Who do I tell?
Tell the concierge when you book. We would rather plan around it in advance than promise something on the day that we cannot provide.
